The 5th Munich Digital Innovation Award once again offers innovative companies the opportunity to present their innovations to a jury at Digicon 2020, impress them, and thus emerge as the winner of the 2020 award. Digicon itself will take place in a hybrid format this year—on-site on November 19 in Munich and digitally via live stream or video on demand. At least, that's the current plan.
Feature in the Digital World
In the pitch competition for the Digital Innovation Award, nominated companies in the two categories of SMEs/Startups and Large Enterprises compete against each other. The 5th Munich Digital Innovation Award will be awarded to the three most innovative companies – regardless of whether they are young startups, established medium-sized companies, or global corporations. The winners will be invited to present their innovations to the audience in a short presentation. Additionally, the innovations will be presented in the Digital world presented.
This year, the jury for the 5th Munich Digital Innovation Award consists of Michael Zaddach, Senior Vice President IT at Munich Airport, Christof Schäfer, Business Operations Lead AirSense at Airbus Defence and Space, and Jörg Ochs, CIO at Stadtwerke München.
Last year, Deepc, a Health AI startup from Munich, convinced the jury.
