Siemens and Celonis work together worldwide

Siemens is working with the Munich-based unicorn company Celonis through its Global Business Services division.

The combination of Celonis and Siemens solutions is intended to drive growth for both companies' customers. Optimizations are to be offered, particularly in the areas of procurement, sales, accounting, and human resources. Use cases include payroll and payment processes. The process optimization solution from Munich is based on artificial intelligence. This determines the best possible solution and suggests how processes can be improved without manual intervention. The software learns continuously and independently.

Partnership between Siemens and Celonis “a new milestone on the way to even greater customer satisfaction”

Alexander Rinke, Co-CEO and co-founder of Celonis, says:

"Siemens is a major company and has been one of our most important customers for years. Now, with the introduction of the Celonis Execution Management System, the time is ripe for a new phase of our collaboration: We are entering into a strategic partnership to pool our extensive process expertise and technologies. We will jointly develop solutions based on the Celonis Execution Management System that will enable Siemens GBS and its customers to fully benefit from digitalization."

Hannes Apitzsch, CEO of Siemens GBS, says:

"With the signing of this new agreement, we are developing a customer offering that sets standards in the market. Combining our expertise in enterprise services with Celonis's know-how in process mining and execution management results in solutions that are perfectly tailored to the respective business requirements. This is a new milestone on the path to even greater customer satisfaction. I look forward to the next steps in our successful collaboration."
