Identity Trust Management is particularly active in the telecommunications and insurance industries with its identification solution. IDNow aims to expand its portfolio of verification methods with the acquisition. Location of Identity Trust Management remains unchanged
The Düsseldorf-based company has built an impressive business, both in terms of its product portfolio and customer relationships, says Andreas Bodczek, CEO at IDnow.

The aim is to combine the strengths of the two companies to create a joint industry-leading brand, said IDnow CEO Bodczek.

According to its own statements, IDnow will take over Identity Trust's existing location in Düsseldorf and the employees working there.
In September last year, IDnow Call center subsidiary Wirecard Communication Services from the insolvent former DAX group The fintech startup IDnow was founded in 2014 by Dennis von Ferenczy, Sebastian Bärhold, Armin Bauer, and Felix Haas.
