To this end, the Tacterion team, led by brothers Michael and Daniel Strohmayr, will work closely with the strategic investors to develop solutions for specific smart tool, smart home, and IoT applications. This will build on the existing collaboration.
The financing is intended to enable the startup to scale its customer- and industry-specific product development. The Munich-based company aims to meet the rapidly growing demand for integrated sensor solutions in the field of tactile intelligence in other market segments as well. Tacterion's future growth sectors include construction tools, household appliances, automotive applications, consumer electronics, and industrial IoT solutions. A German family office, which has participated in previous financing rounds, is also participating in the current capital increase.
