From Austria, the consulting firm 42virtual and business angel Nikolaus Stadler (Mantaray) are joining the original seed investors Herbert and Aaron Waldner (Riedergarten Immobilien). Both are contributing capital and a strategic partnership. Michael Murg, CEO and Co-Founder of Brickwise, explains:

Brickwise plans to invest the fresh capital in marketing and further development of its product. The startup offers a App-based marketplace for buying and selling digitized real estate sharesTo achieve this, Brickwise divides real estate into small digital shares and transfers them to a blockchain-based register that functions like a digital land register. By splitting the properties, Brickwise opens up the real estate market for the first time to investors who previously had no access to the property market due to the typically very high entry prices. Brickwise's market launch is planned for December 7, 2021.
