Management MTZ (m/f/d)

MGH is a holding company of the City of Munich and currently operates nine commercial centers, the creative laboratory, Münchner Technologiezentrum (MTZ) and Munich Startup in Munich.
The MTZ is looking for a manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- Management of the MTZ with a team of currently 7 employees with responsibility for personnel, budget and results
- Acquisition and evaluation of and negotiation with prospective tenants of the MTZ
- Maintaining contacts in the Munich startup ecosystem to integrate the MTZ into business, science, startup institutions and associations
- Representation and representation of the MTZ at events, conferences, congresses, trade fairs, etc.
- Communication of the MTZ via suitable sales channels in coordination with Munich Startup
- Planning, conception, organization and implementation of events for the positioning and presentation of the MTZ and support of the founders in the MTZ in coordination with Munich Startup and the Economic Development Agency of the City of Munich
- Participation in the conceptual development of the MTZ as well as the conception of further technology centers of the MGH in coordination with Munich Startup and the Economic Development Agency of the City of Munich
Your profile:
- Completed university degree at master's level
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in the startup or high-tech scene
- Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Fluent English
- Experience in working with public bodies is an advantage
- Willingness to work occasional evening and weekend appointments
