Einwert provides its clients with real estate valuations using AI-driven digital processes. The Munich-based company aims to be faster than traditional analog processes and also provide data-based insights into ESG criteria. The lead investor in the pre-seed round is 468 Capital. Wecken & Cie., Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund, and Infinitas Capital are also on board as investors. Oliver Manojlovic, VP Sales at Personio, and Stephan Rohr, founder of Twaice, the startup. The funds will be used to expand the team and the rating platform.
"Due to manual processing, reports sometimes take up to six weeks and also require a lot of coordination effort for clients. Further use of the valuable content and data from the reports has so far been difficult due to the analog format,"
says Einwert founder and CEO Christina Mauer.
"Formal real estate valuation is mandatory for institutional investors and an important part of the transaction process. Due to manual processing, massive delays often occur, and data-based insights such as ESG ratings are missing from the appraisals."
Einwert: “Shorter lead times than anyone else in the industry”
Once commissioned by the client, Einwert dispatches certified appraisers to inspect the properties and evaluate them using intelligent software. Appraisals are expected to be available within a few days. Einwert founder and CTO Maximilian Schlachter says:
"By replacing manual work with intelligent parameter determination, we enable our appraisers to evaluate more intelligently and deliver traceable valuations and sustainable insights with shorter turnaround times than anyone else in the industry. This enables us to offer our clients a completely new digital value experience."
