Loud startup scene The Bremen-based wholesaler is taking over the majority stake in Reinvent. All shareholders, except for the founders, are said to have sold their shares to the GC Group for a double-digit million sum. The Munich startup's investors included, among others, Bayern Kapital, the high-tech start-up fund and the Venture capital fund of Carsten Maschmeyer. As part of the new partnership, the existing cooperation partners Reinvent and the GC Group intend to further combine their digital and local expertise.
Reinvent's software solution connects project participants for communication, collaboration, and document management on a cloud platform. This consolidates the information, tasks, and documents relevant to all participants and automates workflows. The software also offers several solutions for buyers and tenants: interactive exposés, 3D apartment configurators, digital tools for special request management, and for property acceptance. Under the umbrella of the GC Group, Reinvent now expects additional momentum for the next chapter of its history.
Comprehensive product data and a broad supplier portfolio
David Uhde, Managing Director and one of the founders of the Munich startup, says:

Reinvent’s operational business will continue to be in the hands of the founding team around David Uhde.
