First impressions of the Bits & Pretzels Healthtech Conference 2022

The first Bits & Pretzels Healthtech Conference kicked off today. We were at the trade fair, spoke with participants, and share our first impressions.

New format in the Munich startup ecosystem: Today and tomorrow, everything at the IMC at Messe München is focused on healthtech. The first edition of the Bits & Pretzels Healthtech Conference will kick off with over 1,000 visitors, making it significantly smaller than its big sister in September, but with a more specific theme. The self-proclaimed goal of this event is to bring together the establishment and innovation. Or, translated: Here, innovative young companies should meet established players, engage in dialogue, and ideally, contribute together to creating solutions for the overburdened and under-digitalized healthcare system. Or as it Bits & Pretzels Managing Director Christian Lohmeier in an interview with Munich Startup formulated: “Bits & Pretzels Healthtech should be the class reunion for everyone who really wants to make a difference.” (Photo: Munich Startup)
