During the European Championships you can meet Munich Startup and eight Munich startups from a wide range of industries in the Technology Roof at Coubertin Square in the Olympic Park. Here, you will not only be introduced to innovations, but you are also invited to test and try out new developments yourself. Also participating will be Munich universities and other important institutions from the startup world, such as the Plant1 or Gate.
Startup Exhibition: These Munich startups are there
The focus of the startup exhibition is, of course, sport: So you can Buycycle Try out modern stationary riding programs and test your performance on the racing bike. Thursday your own skills and endurance can be put to the test. The startup Icaros on the other hand, combines activities with virtual reality and Hello Mirrors shows how modern interactive mirrors support your workout. Neurotrim Systems in turn helps to stay fit in the future and keep joints in good shape.
However, if you prefer to exercise your brain muscles, DcubeD Correct: The Munich-based startup produces hardware for space travel and brings its developments for satellites.
Also included: Leevi Health, which develops intelligent helpers for the well-being and development of babies. And for the foodies among you, Happy Ocean Foods to test its plant-based fish products on site.
World record attempt: Sticker on the Olympic roof
Munich Startup is not only taking over the Technology Roof during the European Championships, but also wants to leave its mark on the Olympic roof. With the help of startups and all other visitors, the goal is to place as many stickers as possible on a Plexiglas panel of the roof from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day from August 16 to 21. Interested parties are invited to bring their (company) stickers and contribute to the success of the world record attempt. Simply come along, stick them on, and be there.
