This is what Greenforce’s vegan white sausage tastes like
This year, Oktoberfest is finally taking place in Munich again. For the first time, some Wiesn innkeepers are offering vegan white sausages. This is made possible by the Munich-based startup Greenforce. We were able to sample the vegan white sausage in advance. Thomas Isermann and Hannes-Benjamin Schmitz from Greenforce explain what goes into their product. Clemens Baumgärtner, Minister for Labor and Economic Affairs for the City of Munich and Wiesn director, also explains his role in the invention of the vegan white sausage.
