In doing so, the startup, founded in 2013, also keeps an eye on the growing number of regulatory requirements.
US corporation Sphera, in turn, offers software, data, and consulting services for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance and risk management. Riskmethods’ supply chain risk management (SCRM) solution thus forms a fitting addition to Sphera’s portfolio. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
