Ubimaster's tutoring platform serves the needs of students and trainees in a tailor-made and fixed-price manner. This means that users can directly connected with a qualified tutor instead of just accessing learning plans and explanatory videos. According to the startup, it takes a maximum of two minutes for the right contact person to respond – seven days a week.
Ubimaster offers its products to both parents and companies. The latter can integrate the service into their employee benefit programs, thus supporting all employees' children, regardless of their parents' income. Since its founding in 2019, Ubimaster claims to have provided more than 10,000 students with access to a better education, with approximately 75 percent improving their grades thanks to the Munich-based company. The quality of the support and learning content is ensured by a multi-stage selection process for tutors.
