Itsmydata has developed a private data ecosystem and built a community of tens of thousands of participants and partner companies. Users should be able to exercise full control over their data and decide whether and to what extent they want to participate in data-driven innovations that create value. In return, the platform is designed to enable companies to develop innovative products, services, and business models based on the shared user data. The Munich-based startup was founded in 2017 by Alexander Sieverts and Michael Giese. The founders previously worked at Schufa, major insurance companies, and as managing directors of a data analysis firm.
The Munich are now equipped with their own Website also active in Austria. Alexander Sieverts, Co-Founder and Managing Director, says:
