Whether they want to use our software to produce their reports faster, easier, or more cost-effectively, need support on their path to climate neutrality, or want to develop and map their sustainability strategy. In order to continue to map the rapidly increasing complexity and diversity that this entails for our customers, we have begun looking for a growth partner who shares our vision and our values."

Christian Kukwa, Principal of Nord Holding, says the investment company takes its responsibility towards investors and investments, society and the planet very seriously:

"We are currently developing ESG strategies with all our investments to make our portfolio more sustainable and, not least, more competitive. Verso already offers a strong and established ESG solution for companies, coupled with hard-to-find expertise and experience. Together with Verso, we can therefore also make a significant contribution to Nord Holding's own portfolio on the operations side."
