Internationalization: Various programs introduce themselves

From the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs to Bayern International, the Bavarian Chambers of Industry and Commerce, and the Association of Bavarian Chambers of Skilled Crafts, many institutions in Bavaria offer startups and medium-sized companies support in their internationalization efforts. They will introduce themselves at a roadshow.

Companies that are already operating internationally or are looking to do so are currently facing numerous challenges – high energy and raw material prices, disrupted supply chains, a shortage of skilled workers, and more – are creating considerable uncertainty when it comes to internationalization. The Bavarian Foreign Trade Network aims to support entrepreneurs in meeting these challenges. To this end, it will present its broad support for international business at the Bavaria-wide "Roadshow International" event series.

Services for internationalization

The first stop in the event series is Munich. On March 21, Bayern International, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria, and the Association of Bavarian Chambers of Skilled Crafts will provide information about their services specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises and startups from Bavaria. These include subsidized trade fair participation abroad, delegation trips, country-specific consulting, and grants for developing new markets.

In addition, experts will discuss geopolitical change and the associated changes, challenges, and opportunities for internationalization. And companies like Supernutural, Winner of the Export Prize Bavaria 2022, report firsthand about their export successes and the challenges.

Interested startups can register online here until March 14. Those who can’t make it by March 21 can also find here is an overview of all further dates, including in Augsburg, Ingolstadt and Rosenheim.
