The company, Founded in 2007 as Xbav, has already successfully completed several financing rounds, most recently it expanded its Series D roundIn total, Xempus raised over 112 million euros in funding.
Evorsorge, in turn, specializes in the development, implementation, and marketing of complex consulting and administration systems, particularly in occupational pensions. The company's solutions are primarily aimed at sales organizations, large and specialized brokers, insurance companies, and banks. They include a broker management program optimized for supporting large national and international companies and corporations, as well as highly configurable portal solutions for employers and employees. The company was founded in 2003.
Evorsorge operates as a subsidiary of Xempus
Through the merger, both companies aim to accelerate the digitalization of occupational pensions in a more user-friendly manner. To this end, Evorsorge will operate as a subsidiary of Xempus AG. Evorsorge's founder, Stefan Huber, will remain Managing Director of the company and will join the Xempus Supervisory Board. Additionally, Anton Starovoytov, CTO of Evorsorge, and Malte Dummel, COO & CFO of Xempus, have been appointed Managing Directors of Evorsorge. Malte Dummel explained:
