Since its founding in 2011, Tado has been developing smart thermostats and solutions to help its customers reduce their heating costs – by an average of 22 percent, according to the company. To ensure successful implementation, Tado is bringing Philip Beckmann, an experienced energy industry manager, onto its team.
“Vision is more relevant than ever”
Philip Beckmann brings 20 years of experience in the European energy industry to Tado. After starting his career at the Boston Consulting Group, he has spent the past twelve years helping to shape the transformation of E.ON Energie Deutschland in various management positions. During this time, he says, energy efficiency has become a passion. Regarding his new position at Tado, he says: Philip Beckmann:
