Munich startups at Bits: Day 2 at Bits & Pretzels

What can't be missing at a startup festival like Bits & Pretzels? Of course, the startups. We took a look around the exhibition and spoke with some Munich-based founders about their experiences and impressions.

Also Zählerfreunde presents itself at Bits & Pretzels. The young company, will also accompany the Munich Startup to the Web Summit, operates a platform for smart electricity meters. These so-called smart meters can connect customers to the platform and benefit from various added values, always with the goal of using energy more efficiently. "Since the beginning of the year, we have also been selling our system as a white label to municipal utilities, meter operators, and energy suppliers so that they can offer it to their customers," explains Jonas Pfab, CTO of Zählerfreunde. At the trade fair, the startup is meeting with investors, manufacturers, software service providers, and accelerators. "There's really a lot going on, which makes us very happy."
