The German Social Entrepreneurship Monitor (DSEM) provides information about the German social entrepreneurship ecosystem every two years. It aims to provide decision-makers from politics, business, and civil society with a basis for supporting social enterprises. This requires input from the social entrepreneurship community.
Social Entrepreneurship Monitor: Take a moment
Take your time: Completing the questionnaire takes approximately 30-45 minutesYour answers will be automatically saved as you complete the questionnaire. The information will be treated confidentially. Only aggregated information, not individual answers, will be published. Information from which your identity can be derived will also be stored separately from your answers and will not be available to members and partners involved in the analysis. Participation in the survey is possible until January 31, 2024.
Information basis for decision-makers
Your responses should help to address the lack of data on social enterprises and social startups at the national and European level. They create an information base that helps legislators, policymakers, and funders better understand the challenges and needs of social entrepreneurs, thus enabling better laws, policies, support, and funding in the future. This year, the DSEM is also involved in the European project of the European Social Enterprise Monitors (ESEM) Parallel to the German evaluation, another 30 European countries will participate in the study.
