Until April 24, technology start-up teams can apply to the accelerator TechFounders The 20-week program prepares startups through coaching and mentoring for a first round of venture capital.
TechFounders is looking for startups with innovative ideas in the areas of automotive, automation and robotics, fintech, electronics, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0, big data, industrial software, insurance solutions, mobility and wind power. UnternehmerTUM operates the program together with industrial partners. Most recently, TechFounders gain HypoVereinsbank as a partner.
Coaches from the UnternehmerTUM and mentors from the partner companies accompany the participants. In addition, the TechFounder startups receive free office space, access to MakerSpace and initial financing of 25,000 euros.
At the end of the program, the startups will present their ideas to more than 100 investors and industry decision-makers on Demo Day. Unlike many other accelerators, the startups are not required to sell any company shares.
