The EIT Urban Mobility The Market Readiness Accelerator consists of several thematic EU-funded programs run by partners to take mobility startups to the next level. It seeks startup teams with business ideas that reduce congestion and increase the efficiency of the transport system, with innovative approaches that make commuting faster or more pleasant, with concepts that accelerate the transition to low- or zero-emission modes of transport, and with any other possible ideas that contribute to solving mobility-related problems.
One of these programs is "Sustainable Cities and Clean Mobility," aimed at startups that are tackling the challenge of creating more sustainable freight and product transport in cities and overall sustainable urban logistics. Participating startups benefit from personalized business coaching, mentoring, and workshops during the six-month program. They also gain access to the networks of the program's partners: DTU Science Park, AZO Application Center Oberpfaffenhofen, TU Munich, UnternehmerTUM, ISBAK Istanbul IT and Smart City Technologies, and PoliHub.
