Everstox and Banxware agree to cooperate
The Munich logistics startup Everstox and Berlin fintech startup Banxware are cooperating: together they want to offer Everstox customers an innovative form of business financing. Through Banxware’s Banxy platform, Everstox customers will now be able to obtain growth financing online within minutes and repay it later based on revenue.

Presize acquisition by Facebook now official
Reports surfaced in April that Meta, Facebook’s parent company, had acquired the Munich-based startup Presize – but both companies remained silent on the matter. The acquisition has now been confirmed.
