New airline partnerships for Flyla
With new airline partnerships, Munich-based travel startup Flyla is continuing to grow. The airlines LOT Polish Airlines, Norway’s Wideroe, and Scotland’s Loganair are now on board and expand the offering of the booking platform for last-minute student flights. A new multi-currency function for users in Poland, the Czech Republic, Scandinavia, and the United Kingdom makes it even easier for students abroad to book cheap flights.

Forbes 30 under 30: These Munich entrepreneurs are on the list
The Forbes 30 under 30 2023 for the DACH region is set. The list includes 30 personalities each from Austria, Germany, and Switzerland who are under 30 years old and have already achieved extraordinary things. Four founders from the Munich startup ecosystem are also featured in the ranking.

In 2019, the traveltech received funding; in 2020, Flyla was temporarily shelved due to the Covid pandemic. In 2022, the founding team Frederic Lapatschek and Fabian Höhne relaunched and also brought Ben Shaw, our interview partner, on board as CEO.
