16:45 – 17:00: Arrival time
5:00 p.m. – 5:15 p.m.: Introduction to the venue and introduction to matchmaking
5:15 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: First matching round
6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Second matching round
Due to space limitations, an RSVP is absolutely necessary. There will be more spots available than initially opened. After the initial spots are taken participants will be admitted based on the responses to the question. So joining the waitlist definitely makes sense!
