Startup spirit meets summer festival.
On July 16 at 4 p.m., Königsplatz becomes a stage for founders, visionaries, and everyone who loves innovation. For the first time, Munich Startup is recording the podcast Pitch & People live in front of an audience. Guest of honor is Marlena Hien, co-founder of BEARS WITH BENEFITS and one of Europe’s most successful founders. Look forward to honest insights into her founder everyday life, the story behind the company, and the challenges and successes on the path to international startup success.
Directly afterwards, an exciting pitch contest continues on stage, where five Munich startups present their business ideas. The audience and jury decide together on the winner. The winning team not only receives the title, but also advances to the final of the Munich Startup Awards at the Munich Startup Festival on July 22. There’s a chance to win 10,000 euros in prize money and plenty of attention for your own startup.
Beyond the stage, a visit is also worthwhile: throughout the Kinoliebe Open Air Festival, Munich Startup has its own booth on site. Additionally, two innovative startups have the opportunity to present themselves and their products directly to festival visitors.
