About the event

It makes sense to take a closer look at the reasons why startups fail, identify cross-industry patterns, and check your own startup against these patterns.

Maximilian Krä is a business angel and juror for the BayStartUP business plan competitions. He built a startup himself and led it to an exit. Maximilian has more than 20 years of experience working with startups and established companies.

In this tutorial, Maximilian will use the analogy of a boat trip to answer the following questions:

  • Why is a boat trip a fitting analogy for a startup?
  • What recurring patterns cause startups to run into trouble unnecessarily?
  • How do I identify the root causes behind these problems, and what can I do in my own startup to counter them?

Speaker:
Maximilian Krä | Business Angel & Juror @BayStartUP
