Who we are
We are building the AI phone assistant for German law firms. Clients call in, our voice agent conducts the initial consultation, classifies the legal issue, and
hands it over to the law firm in a structured manner. Live in production, real calls, real law firms, real revenue.
We are a small, fast-moving team. No meeting marathons, no politics. We ship code, get feedback from real users, and iterate the next day.
What it's about
Our backend works — now it needs to become stable, robust, and scalable. That's exactly what we're looking for you to do.
Your mission:
- Bring structure to the backend so we can scale to 10x and 100x the number of law firms
- Make the platform more robust: error handling, tests, observability, cleaner architecture
- Help build new features around the voice agent (telephony, LLM integrations, data flows)
- Contribute your own ideas — you will own code, not just work through tickets
What you should bring
We care less about a CV and more about a sharp mind.
- You are smart, curious, and learn fast
- You know Python and have a knack for clean, thoughtful code
- You are confident working with modern AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar) — vibe coding is not a foreign concept to you, but your lever
- You are excited about the topic: Voice AI, LLMs, telephony, legal tech domain
- You understand what makes software robust — or want to learn
- You speak German fluently (C1) (our product is German-speaking)
Nice to have, but not a must: experience with LiveKit, Gemini/OpenAI Realtime, SIP/Twilio, Firestore, Redis, Docker.
We don't care about seniority titles. What counts: drive, brains, speed.
What you get
- A real product with real users from day 1
- Responsibility for an entire system — not just a microservice in a giant org
- Direct line to the founders, fast decisions
- Modern stack: Python, LiveKit, Gemini Live API, Firestore, Docker
- Fair compensation
- Remote, flexible hours
Application
Briefly send us what you've built (GitHub, side project, demo, anything) and why you're interested in the topic. We don't need long cover letters.
