For our back office, we are looking for a dedicated working student who wants to gain deep insights into operations, logistics, HR, and administrative processes – while actively taking on responsibility.
With us, you won't face monotonous task-checking, but a versatile daily routine full of variety:
- You work with our ERP system Xentral, supporting logistical processes as well as order organization
- You assist with the onboarding of new employees and working students, ensuring a smooth start
- You contribute to invoicing and keep track of incoming payments (receivables management)
- You process travel expenses and support administrative processes
- You manage incoming and outgoing mail (Customer Service / Sales inbox)
- You support our team in day-to-day business with organizational and administrative tasks
What You Bring
- You work in a structured, reliable, and thorough manner and can juggle multiple balls at once
- You are eager to learn about diverse areas such as operations, logistics, accounting, or HR
- You are organized, hands-on, and keep an overview even with multiple tasks
- You are proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- You speak fluent German (mandatory requirement)
- Ideally, you live in Munich or the surrounding area – but this is not a must
