Are you a small startup or founding team looking for a dedicated workspace in Munich – but not keen on a traditional coworking space?
We are FLUID Design, a design and innovation agency, and we have room for new neighbors in our spacious studio right at Gärtnerplatz.
We offer 1–4 dedicated desks in our approx. 410 m² design studio. And you don't just get a desk: you can also share our meeting rooms, kitchen, lounge and communal areas, as well as our office infrastructure.
With us, you will work in an established business environment with a permanent community - without constantly changing coworkers, yet with plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere.
We could particularly envision a small team from the fields of tech, healthtech/medtech, AI, software, hardware, or product development. However, that is not a must - what matters most is a great personal fit.
What to expect:
- 1–4 dedicated desks
- approx. 410 m² spacious, bright design studio
- Meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Lounge and communal areas
- Kitchen
- Wi-Fi
- Central location right at Gärtnerplatz
- Flexible monthly rental period
- Commission-free
- 446 € per desk/month incl. utilities and 19% VAT
Would you like to check it out first to see if it's a good fit?
Feel free to drop by for a coffee, get to know us and the studio, and take your time looking at your potential new workspace.
