With its intelligent package inserts, Adnymics enables online retailers to target customers directly in packages – without the customer consent required by other forms of direct marketing. In competition with players like Amazon, online retailers can achieve increased customer loyalty and higher shopping cart values. Additionally, Adnymics developed Parceldealz, a platform for acquiring new customers through inserts from label printers. Linehub, in turn, is known in the marketing industry for its personalized, networking service hubs for brands that enable services in online and offline communication.

Linehub comprises a range of different marketing companies, including Affiliprint. The print service provider distributes vouchers, gift cards, and product samples through various platforms, including webshop packages, magazines, newspapers, delivery services, and mailboxes. Through the acquisition of Adnymics by Linehub, the offerings of the Munich-based company can now be integrated. The collaboration creates Europe’s largest package insert network with a reach of over 200 million households in 14 countries, the companies say.

The Adnymics team remains in place

Following the acquisition, the entire team of Adnymics and Parceldealz will remain. Going forward, the focus will be on the further development of Linehub’s AI- and data-driven offline offerings from the Munich location.

Marko Dobroschelski, CEO of Linehub, says:

“Our shared resources, our customer base, and our experience enable Adnymics to optimally market existing products, advance development, and scale significantly faster. This acquisition also contributes to Linehub’s growth goals and enables new sales channels for all Linehub brands through the Parceldealz product. This strengthens our position with offline offerings in the e-commerce market in Germany and soon internationally as well. I’d like to warmly welcome Dominik, Simon, and their team in Munich to the Linehub family.”

And Dominik Romer, founder and continuing CEO of Adnymics, adds:

“With our Adnymics products for customer loyalty, we can expand Linehub’s offerings. Our Parceldealz package insert network complements Affiliprint’s product portfolio perfectly. Since our market entry in 2022, Parceldealz has grown quickly and we can now accelerate expansion together. This growth will take place in Germany and soon in other European countries as well.”
