International law firm Addleshaw Goddard is launching a new round of its accelerator program AG Elevate. Young tech companies based in Germany can now apply for the ten-month funding program. The focus is on startups in growth phase that have completed a seed or later financing round.
Customized support for growing startups
Since the program launched in 2017, over 60 startups from various technology sectors have been supported. The funded companies come from sectors including fintech, cleantech, proptech, as well as online consumer and sustainability industries.
AG Elevate offers participating startups a comprehensive service package. It includes personal mentoring sessions, regular networking events, access to international seminars, and free initial consultation with experts from specialized legal areas. Additionally, participants benefit from a 30 percent discount on Addleshaw Goddard’s regular hourly rates. The firm also provides regular updates on legal topics and exclusive publications.
Elvan Hussein, partner at Addleshaw Goddard, describes the approach as follows:
“Navigating the complex legal landscape can be a major challenge for both startups and scale-ups. With AG Elevate, we want to support these companies in their growth and share our extensive expertise in the technology sector with them.”
The accelerator program is specifically designed for growth-oriented tech companies that want to benefit from a practical and legally sound network. Participating startups receive not only legal support, but also access to investors and industry contacts from the firm’s network.
Application deadline at the end of July
The application deadline for the current round of AG Elevate is July 31. Applications can be submitted directly through Addleshaw Goddard’s website.
