Askbrian has developed an AI-powered digital assistant called Brian that is designed to help business professionals automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks. For example, the software translates documents, creates business analyses, or presentation graphics. It draws on tools such as Microsoft Teams, email, and Slack.
The startup has now been acquired by Berlin-based Think-Cell for an undisclosed price. The company, founded in 2002, specializes in productivity software for creating data-driven presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint. Through the acquisition of Askbrian, the company aims to offer new possibilities, particularly in the areas of information gathering, data visualization, and automation and decision-making.
