The EIT Urban Mobility Market Readiness Accelerator consists of several thematic EU-funded programs implemented by partners to take mobility startups to the next level. The search is for startup teams with business ideas that reduce traffic congestion and increase the efficiency of transport systems. With innovative approaches that make commuting faster or more pleasant. With concepts that accelerate the transition to low-emission or zero-emission vehicles – and with all other possible ideas that contribute to solving mobility-related problems.
One of these programs is “Sustainable Cities and Clean Mobility” and targets startups that are ready to tackle the challenge of creating more sustainable goods and freight transport in cities and overall sustainable urban logistics. Participating startups benefit from personal business coaching, mentoring, and workshops during the six-month program. They also gain access to the networks of partners participating in the program: DTU Science Park, AZO Anwendungszentrum Oberpfaffenhofen, TU München, UnternehmerTUM, ISBAK Istanbul IT and Smart City Technologies, and PoliHub.
