Through the acquisition of Shore, Group.one‘s product offering will be expanded to include three new key areas: the ability to book online appointments, communication with customers who have booked an appointment, and point-of-sale payments.

Focusing on what matters

Daniel Hagemeier, CEO of Group.one, commented on the acquisition:

“We are delighted to welcome Shore to the Group.one family. Scheduling customer appointments and accepting payments is critical for businesses in many sectors such as health & wellness, hospitality, and sports & leisure. Our commitment to an intuitive and integrated digital business experience enables our customers to focus on what they do best: managing and growing their business.”

Customers across all Group.one brands will soon benefit from the new products as scheduling functions are integrated into the group-wide website builder. Furthermore, Shore will also become an important part of Group.one’s “Do It For Me” website creation and management service.

“Serving a larger audience across Europe”

Additionally, online payment processing will be introduced in 2025 to complete a robust SaaS ecosystem designed to support customers throughout their entire digital journey, from setting up an online presence to managing and growing their business. Nikbin Rohany, CEO of Shore, added:

“Shore has always been characterized by a spirit of innovation and commitment to our customers. Through this merger, we can continue to invest in our core products for the benefit of our existing customers and partners, while leveraging Group.one’s reach to serve a larger audience across Europe. We look forward to supporting even more businesses together.”
