The Impact Accelerator brings startups and changemakers together to create Germany’s first impact unicorn. The nationwide program runs for three months and supports startup teams in scaling their business model. Behind it are six of Germany’s leading innovation and entrepreneurship centers: Campus Founders from Heilbronn, the Digital Innovation Center Rostock, Founders Foundation from Bielefeld, the Leipzig Public Value Hub, the AppliedAI Institute for Europe, and UnternehmerTUM for Munich. Projects in the areas of AI in Govtech, Citizen Entrepreneurship & Democracytech, Edtech, and Greentech are supported.
For startups
What you benefit from:

What awaits you:
- Full-time work in a purpose-driven startup for three months
- Stipend of €1,000 per month
- Prospect of continued employment or permanent position
- Work in agile, interdisciplinary teams
Your profile:
- Completed bachelor’s degree in computer science, interaction design, marketing, or similar
- Motivation, solution orientation, and teamwork
- First experience in digital product development
- Good English skills and solid German language skills (at least B2)
- Availability from January 12 to March 27, 2026
