Innovis VC opens students’ access to the world of venture capital. The program of the Europe-wide active organization Innovis VC is aimed at ambitious talents who want to gain first practical experience in the VC environment. Applications for the current batch of the Munich hub are still possible until April 25, 2026.
Participants learn how investors evaluate startups, analyze business models, and make well-informed investment decisions. In interdisciplinary teams, they work with real cases and develop a deep understanding of dealflow. Already during the initial academy phase, participants gain practical experience in startup sourcing and consulting projects.
Developing a VC mindset with guidance
After completing the academy, participants join Innovis VC as trainees and actively contribute to projects. In sourcing meetings, they discuss promising startups and evaluate their potential. On this basis, they forward relevant deals to partners from the VC scene.
A special focus lies on the network: Innovis VC connects over 950 members across nine European hubs and maintains close contacts with leading venture capital firms such as Earlybird, Picus Capital, or HV Capital. Regular events offer the opportunity to meet investors in person and build valuable connections.
Innovis VC is suitable for students of all disciplines – prior knowledge in finance is not required. What matters is motivation, self-initiative, and interest in startups and innovation. If you want to take on responsibility early and position yourself in the VC ecosystem, you’ll find the ideal entry point here.
