Moonscale – previously known as VidLab7 – is reorienting itself after its rebrand to build a new category in the global go-to-market. The founders combine technological advancement, a new brand identity, and a significant capital injection for this purpose. EQT Ventures is leading a funding round of 3.5 million euros, and the startup is also receiving 855,000 euros (1 million dollars) in AWS credits as part of the AWS Generative AI Accelerator program. According to the company, this support provides the foundation to rapidly roll out the platform in European and US enterprise markets.

At the heart of the technology is the “Digital Sales Human”, a foundational interactive AI avatar model that covers sales processes comprehensively. The avatars generate inbound leads, pitch products, conduct interactive demos, and support cross-selling activities. Companies can use them to increase their conversion rate by up to five times while reducing operating costs. Moonscale thus creates an approach designed to relieve sales teams and enable data-driven scaling.

“Our goal is to create an entirely new category in revenue automation that will revolutionize the global market. The era of manual sales is over. We deliberately founded ourselves from Europe to build a global flagship in AI-GTM technology. Our technology enables CMOs, CROs, and revenue leaders to transform their inbound pipeline into an autonomous revenue engine”,

says Fabian Beringer, CEO and founder of Moonscale.

From the demo gap to autonomous pipeline

Already under the name VidLab7, the Munich-based team focused on automating sales demos. The approach: visitors to a website immediately receive an interactive product demo that qualifies, follows up, and books appointments. A real-time avatar guides the entire process. Companies thus close the “demo gap” – the problem that many prospects drop off before learning about a product.

The transition to Moonscale expands this approach to a comprehensive revenue automation platform. Target audiences such as SaaS, FinTech, and insurance companies can use the technology to scale leads in a structured manner and achieve predictable revenue. The startup is already working with enterprise customers in Europe and the US and is refining its strategic direction with experienced advisors from the industry.
