Neoshare’s current funding round of €19 million is being led jointly by several Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken as well as a German family office. In addition, strategic partners from the real estate industry are involved, including the Pöttinger real estate group.

Neoshare has developed an end-to-end solution with its SaaS platform of the same name, which aims to digitalize and streamline both the management and implementation of project and real estate financing. By using the platform, real estate companies and project developers are also intended to gain additional security when implementing financing projects and transactions.

In addition, the consulting team of the Munich-based company supports its customers according to their needs with various services such as debt advisory with technology-enabled structuring consulting.

Financial, content & strategic support

The newly raised capital is to flow into the further development of the platform and the expansion of the range of services. Nico Singer, CEO and founder of Neoshare, says:

“It makes me extraordinarily proud and grateful that we have successfully implemented such comprehensive growth financing for Neoshare in these challenging times. This financing not only significantly strengthened Neoshare’s liquidity, but also secured it for the long term. It was of particular importance to us to continue to win exclusively strategic partners who drive Neoshare forward not only financially, but also sustainably in content and strategic development. It is also important to emphasize that we have succeeded in maintaining our strategic independence completely despite the extensive investments. I am deeply grateful to my team at Neoshare and our investors for sharing our vision and investing in it.”
