With Parkhere’s parking space solution, companies can assign and manage parking spaces and charging stations for their employees. Software captures all parking spaces digitally, and employees can manage their bookings via app. Additionally, a sensor enables automatic garage access via QR codes or license plate recognition. As a new member of Everfield, Parkhere will strengthen its growth plans with its existing management team and employees. The Munich office of the startup will also be retained.
Oscar Koberling, Country Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at Everfield, comments:
“Parkhere is one of the leading providers of digital parking management systems in the DACH region. As a highly specialized, innovative technology company, Parkhere is a perfect fit for Everfield. Together with the experienced management team, we want to build on past successes and continue driving growth.”
Henning Schreiber, Head of Acquisitions at Everfield, adds:
“Intelligent parking solutions are an important building block for sustainable mobility concepts in urban spaces. This has genuine growth potential. Parkhere counts many major companies among its long-standing customers and has strong growth prospects.”
The combination of digital dashboard, mobile app, and physical access terminals for parking garages has already convinced well-known companies. Among others, Henkel, Telefónica, and Zurich Insurance use Parkhere’s services.
The former CEO and co-founder of the Munich startup Felix Harteneck comments on the acquisition:
“Joining Everfield opens up a range of great new opportunities for us and our customers. Since our founding in 2015, we have experienced continuous and rapid organic growth. With Everfield as our strategic partner, we will continue to expand our offering and further develop our products in the future.”
