The six-month Respond program focuses on responsible leadership and the transition to a net-zero economy. Participating founders receive structured, highly individualized support for building and scaling their companies. The selected startups work with experienced coaches. In addition, mentors challenge and advise on critical business and leadership decisions. During the program, participants are also connected with a diverse global network of entrepreneurs, investors, industry experts, and business leaders.
Application phase until November 30
Respond is now looking for motivated startups for the 2025 program. Until November 30, interested parties can submit their applications. The actual program starts with a kick-off event in May and concludes with the demo night in October. The focus topics for this call are “Industry Decarbonization” and “Energy Transition & Infrastructure.”
Since its launch in 2020, the Respond Accelerator has successfully supported 50 sustainable startups from around the world, including several from Munich. These include Koralo, Kitekraft, and Tozero. An overview of all alumni can be found here. According to the accelerator, the startups it supports have created around 1,500 jobs and raised a total of 370 million euros in investments.
