This year, the Oktoberfest in Munich is finally taking place again. For the first time, some Oktoberfest vendors are offering a vegan white sausage. The Munich startup Greenforce makes this possible. We got to taste the vegan white sausage in advance. Thomas Isermann and Hannes-Benjamin Schmitz from Greenforce explain what goes into their product.
