Vestigas was founded in 2021 by Paul Kaiser (Co-CEO), Julian Blum (Co-CEO), Yannick Gehring (CTO), and Nicolas Blum (CPO). As now announced, the young company has secured seed funding of eight million euros. Project A and B2venture are participating as investors. Jan-Hendrick Bürk, partner at B2venture, explains:

“At B2venture, we are always looking for teams that tackle significant, real-world problems with solutions that have the potential to fundamentally transform entire industries. From our very first conversation with Paul, Julian, Nicolas, and Yannick, it was clear that they are not simply developing another software tool – they are rethinking how the construction industry works from the ground up. Their combination of industry expertise, execution strength, and relentless drive convinced us that Vestigas will redefine the efficiency of the supply chain in construction. We are proud to support this extraordinary team on their journey to turn their vision into reality.”

Previously, Realyze Ventures and several business angels, including Christian Hülsewig from Schüttflix, were among the investors.

Advancing digitalization in the construction industry

Vestigas has specialized in digitizing supply chain processes in the construction industry. With its Supply Chain OS, the company offers a solution that replaces paper-based workflows, digitalizes delivery notes, optimizes material flows, and automates invoice verification. This software aims to help construction companies make their processes more efficient while reducing costs.

With the fresh capital, the startup wants to continue driving its growth both in the DACH region and across Europe, while simultaneously investing further in its core business and automated invoice management.

“Opportunity to set a new industry standard”

“This investment will drive our growth not only in Germany, but also internationally. We have the opportunity to set a new industry standard – and we are ready to make it happen!”,

says Paul Kaiser, CEO of Vestigas, confidently.

According to the company’s own information, Vestigas software is already used by over 80 construction companies and thousands of users. Major customers include Strabag and GC Group. Philipp Werner, who has newly joined the Vestigas board, comments:

“Paul and Julian are not just selling software: they have experienced the inefficiencies in the construction supply chain firsthand. That is precisely why they succeed where traditional solutions have failed. They transform procurement inefficiencies into strategic advantages and create an indispensable bridge between general contractors and suppliers, securing long-term relationships.”
