Vinlivt has completed an oversubscribed seed round and raised 3.5 million euros in capital. On board are international venture capital investors, the fintech ecosystem Tenity, a family office, and strategic angel investors including Christian Schwalb, Olaf Zöftig, Andreas Kötterheinrich, and Marcus Knispel. Additionally, 700,000 euros in government innovation funding flows into the financing.
Platform expansion and new customers
The Munich-based startup offers a financial app for digital customer management. With it, insurance and financial advisors can efficiently manage portfolios and automatically acquire new customers. With the fresh capital, Vinlivt is expanding its platform to serve growing demand from large distributors and insurance companies and bring the first enterprise customers on board.
The focus is on improving communication between advisors and end customers. Advisory processes should run entirely digitally, while artificial intelligence intelligently automates the back office. This way, the startup wants to create more efficiency and, above all, more time for customers.
Another part of the roadmap is the development of its own REST API. This enables third-party systems to be integrated quickly and easily. At the same time, Vinlivt is expanding its offering to include wealth management, including API-based solutions from Evergreen. This increases the everyday relevance of its solution, creates new paths in advisory, and boosts measurable customer value.
Founded by Dariusz Borowski and Uwe Lätsch, the startup has been on the market since 2022. According to the company, the platform is already used by more than 500 intermediaries and over 50,000 end customers. The goal is to establish Vinlivt as a technological infrastructure that connects financial distributors, insurers, and banks with their customers.
