Roboverse Reply
Roboverse Reply brings mobile robots to all companies: Many people are impressed by what mobile robots can already accomplish. But when it comes to deployment in companies, things often look different. Because buying the robot is just the beginning – it also requires onboarding processes so it can perform its tasks. And often workflows need to be automated first. Roboverse Reply, a spin-off of IT service provider Reply, focuses on exactly these processes and wants to introduce robots to industries where they are not yet widespread. In an interview, the company explains how this works, where the challenges lie, and why it chose Munich as its headquarters. (Photo: Roboverse Reply)
Marc Schubert Ecoturn
Price collapse in quota trading: How Ecoturn defies adverse circumstances: Those who drive an electric car save CO2 compared to conventional car owners – and can convert these savings into money thanks to the THG quota. But premiums have been in free fall for over a year, dropping from over 400 euros to currently around 80 euros. For companies in certificate trading, this is a problem – including Munich-based startup Ecoturn with its Elektrovorteil.de platform. In an interview, founder and CEO Marc Schubert explains what’s behind the price collapse, how his startup has managed in the changed market environment, and what the future holds. (Photo: Ecoturn)
Flowers Software
Flowers Software raises 6 million euros: Since 2019, Flowers Software has offered cloud-based software for automating workflows for mid-market companies. For further business expansion, the startup has now completed growth financing of six million euros. (Photo: Flowers Software)
Shore
Group.one acquires Shore: Munich-based SaaS provider Shore is being acquired by Swedish website service provider Group.one. Shore, which was founded in 2012, offers digitalization solutions such as online appointment booking and mobile payment systems for service providers, tradespeople, and other mid-market companies. Judes Family
Sustainably diapering made simple: Judes offers washable diapers with an appealing look that are particularly easy to use. The founding couple, disappointed by conventional cloth diapers, developed their own system that works like disposable diapers but is much more sustainable. With their version, Nele Schellschmidt and Leon von Klitzing want to bring cloth diapers out of the niche and establish them as an environmentally friendly, economical alternative, as they revealed to us in an interview.
