Jim Freeman has been working for the online platform Zalando since 2018, initially as Chief Technology Officer. Later, from 2021 to 2023, he led the development, marketing and growth of Zalando’s consumer offerings. Before joining Zalando, Freeman spent nine years in various management positions at Amazon. Here, as Vice President, he was responsible for developing Prime Video and Alexa Communications, among other things. In addition to his membership on the Yoummday board, Freeman has been a member of the board of directors and innovation and audit committee of Softwareone Holding since 2022 and is a Senior Advisor at investment company Permira.

He says:

“Yoummday convinced me immediately. Both the product and the team have enormous potential to completely transform the business process outsourcing industry with its technology and talent platform.”

“Jim Freeman is a key figure for Yoummday”

Yoummday CEO Klaus Harisch explains:

“Jim Freeman is a key figure for Yoummday. With his expertise in scaling development and product organizations combined with the Amazon DNA of extreme customer focus, he is an enormous asset to us.
