Adivo becomes part of Zoetis
Munich-based biotech company Adivo, which focuses on developing species-specific therapeutic antibodies for pets, is becoming part of Zoetis, a U.S. manufacturer of veterinary medicines and vaccines for companion and farm animals. Previous investors High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), Occident, and MorphoSys AG sold their stakes as part of the transaction.
