Agile Robots acquires Audeering
The Munich robotics specialist Agile Robots has acquired a majority stake in AI startup Audeering. The two companies want to combine their technologies for audio and speech analysis with advanced robotics solutions.
Audeering launches AI SoundLab
Audeering was founded in 2012 as a spin-off from the Technical University of Munich (TUM). The Munich-based startup can use its intelligent speech analysis method and artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze various emotions and speaker states from the speech signal of the human voice and also capture acoustic context. With AI SoundLab, Audeering is now launching a platform for researchers and end users where personal health information and audio data can be collected.
