Openlaw secures €2.8 million for notarial platform Beglaubigt.de
Openlaw is advancing the digitalization of notarial processes with its brand Beglaubigt.de and attracts international investors. The platform aims to dramatically accelerate company formations and reduce bureaucratic hurdles for startups.
Beglaubigt.de: The digital notary for simple legal processing
The Munich legaltech startup Beglaubigt.de, founded in 2023 by Alexander Sporenberg and Felix Gerlach, has developed a digital notary service. This makes notarial services simple, fast, and available online – from certification of important documents to digital company formation. Private individuals and businesses can authenticate contracts, create powers of attorney, carry out association registrations, implement statute amendments, and conveniently and securely complete administrative procedures such as church withdrawal online. In addition to Beglaubigt.de, Platus was launched in 2024 as part of the renowned Y Combinator to offer additional solutions for businesses.
