Bugsense Receives 1.23 Million Euros in EXIST Funding for Faster Diagnosis of Urinary Tract Infections
Munich medtech startup Bugsense Diagnostics receives 1.23 million euros from the EXIST Transfer of Research funding program of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE). With this funding, the 2023 m4 Award winner aims to further develop its paper-based point-of-care technology over the next two years through to clinical application for the rapid diagnosis of urinary tract infections and the detection of antimicrobial resistance.
